A branch is one of your education center’s physical locations — a campus. If your center runs classes at more than one location, this page explains whose data each role sees across branches, and what it means for a course to be shared instead of tied to one branch.

Who sees what

If your center has more than one branch, a branch switcher appears at the top of the screen. It lists only the branches you can access, and lets you choose which ones’ data to view — list screens narrow to your selection.
A shared course, fee plan or notification rule always shows up in lists, no matter which branches you’ve selected — it isn’t tied to any one of them.

Shared vs. branch-only courses

When you add a course, choose a specific Branch, or select Shared — all branches:
  • A Shared — all branches course is visible and can be used from every branch.
  • A course tied to one Branch can only be used from that branch.
The fee plan has to match: a shared course only offers shared fee plans, while a branch course offers shared plans plus that branch’s own.
Groups don’t work the same way — a group always belongs to exactly one branch and can’t be made shared.
