Discount types

A discount isn’t one-off or standing by itself — every discount you create works the same way until you decide how to use it. One-off means applying it to a single invoice, once. Standing means attaching it to a student’s enrollment, so it applies automatically every month. The same discount can be used both ways, for different students, at the same time.

One-off vs standing

A standing discount doesn’t count toward the discount’s Usage, however many months it applies — only applying it as a one-off does.
