# View payments

> See every payment Cohort has recorded, filter the list by status, method or student, and open a payment's full details.

Cohort keeps every payment it has recorded in one list — money paid against an invoice and money deposited straight into a student's wallet alike — across all your branches. By default, owners, admins and managers can see it.

## Open the list

In the sidebar, select **Payments**.

## Filter the list

Narrow the list by status, using the chips above the table: **All**, **Pending**, **Succeeded**, **Failed** or **Refunded**.

Select **Filters** for more:

* **Method**: **All methods**, **Cash**, **Click**, **Payme**, **Uzum**, **Card**, **Bank transfer** or **Wallet credit**.
* A specific student.
* **Paid from** and **Paid to** dates.

Each filter you apply shows as a chip below the table; select **Clear filters** to remove them all. If nothing matches, the list says so.

## The list

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Payment** | The payment's id |
| **Student** | Who paid |
| **Amount** | How much was paid |
| **Method** | How the student paid |
| **Status** | **Pending**, **Succeeded**, **Failed** or **Refunded** |
| **Date** | When it was paid — newest first |

## Payment details

Select a row to open **Payment details**: the student, the amount, the **Method**, and the **Date & time** — or **Not yet settled**, if the payment hasn't gone through. If a payment gateway handled it (Click, Payme or Uzum), its **Provider transaction ID** is shown too, along with any notes.

Under **Linked invoice**, select **View invoice** to open the invoice the payment was recorded against. A payment that's simply a deposit into the student's wallet shows **Not linked to an invoice.** instead.

If the payment can still be refunded, a **Refund** button appears here — see [refund a payment](/en/admin/payments/refund-a-payment).
